The agents, when asked a question, answer it slowly to make sure that I understand the answer. They cover the lawn completely. In general they do a very good job of taking care of the lawn.

I was quite concerned about what appeared to be spotty coverage of my full lawn area after the first service call. However after today's service, second this year, any concern I had is gone? Your specialist Mr Lovell Johnson did an excellent job. He was professional and efficient. He should be commended. He answered my questions and represented Trugreen with his excellent service.
