Raymond Tourigny applied the first service on 4-9-18. He rang my doorbell and told me what products he was applying. He asked me if I had any questions about the first service. He answered the questions that I did have. Raymond also was my Scotts lawn specialist. I like being called by Trugreen two business days before they are scheduled to apply the service.

I received a letter in 2016 from Trugreen / Scotts saying that Trugreen would be HELPING Scotts on Scotts' lawncare program. I noticed how the Scotts service record changed to a Trugreen / Scotts service record even thought the specialist was Still using a Scotts truck. Towards the end of the 2016 service year, I could no longer get access to my online Scotts account with NO explanation as to why. I had to open up a Trugreen online account in order to access my services. In 2017, a Trugreen service record was used along with Trugreen trucks. I was never notified by either Scotts or Trugreen informing me that Scotts was SELLING its lawncare program to Trugreen. During this period I would question the specialists and could never get a clear answer from the specialists about what was going on between the two companies. I never considered this experience PROFESSIONAL on the part of Scotts or Trugreen.
Good service, aeration tech seemed rushed, not 100 % attention to detail, tech the year before was awesome overall worth the money, fertilization and weed control tech is excellent. Good results.
The person who performs the task of treating our shrubs (SPECIALIST: 10137 - BOBBY DORITY) He is very kind and pleasant and does a great job in treating trees/shrubs. That's the very reason that I'm giving a score of (10).

You deliver very good services and all your employees are pleasant and do a very good job. However, at our ages, 81, we hate to put out so much money ahead of time for this service. My husband is a veteran with 10 years of continue service in the U. S. Navy.
If the costs involved were lower, we would probably reconsider at this time.
