Gordon B came out today to treat my trees and shrubs. He did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and took a genuine interest in my landscape! He was professional and responsive! I would love Gordon B to be the rep that comes to my house each time TruGreen schedules a service!!.

The actual guys that come to the house as well as the phone support staff are very good.

The breakdown is the communication software that is supposed to link the phone support staff to the branch personnel... that stinks and needs to be fixed

Our Tru-Green tech is the greatest! Henry helped guide us with the proper procedure to fill in dead spots in our lawn. It looks great thanks to his guidance. He has consistently done a great job all season.
