Last year you fixed a problem with my lawn - I think it was some kind of insect. But it took a couple of visits and trying a couple of different things. But there is no online record I can access that tells me what you did last year, so when the guy comes today, I can't tell him what worked last year. For all I know, you don't keep these records, but it would be very useful to be able to see the previous years' treatments (especially the non-standard one-off treatments to deal with specific problems, and the solutions that worked). Thanks!

The items I like about the services are with the local branch manager Sara Zak and field tech Thomas Derosa. Recently tried the online customer service email, received follow up next day, which was great.
Dislikes, the 1-Phone number removed and 1-Phone number removed customer service lines. Tried using both lines, which never produce a live representative and each referenced a 1-minute wait time. Last week waited while having my cell on speaker phone, then hung up. Tried leaving my cell # for call back, which phone prompt stated would be 1-minute call back timing. Never heard back (and that was days ago).
Also for dislikes, crab grass situation has continued to get worse each year. No proactive services with TruGreen other than trying to sell more product, like insect spraying. Why not try and help with the crabgrass and grub control? All techs leave helpful hints on receipt about watering but can't help with crappy grass conditions. Your techs should follow the practice of "see something, say something" then act on it. I'm not trying to get services for free but want effective services for what I'm paying. Partner with me on a game plan whether part of services or adding more. (Also dislike, the last tech used spray vs granular with the grub control - which would have been fine but he was spraying it in a rain downpour. And he just explained granular is more effective than spray when it's raining.)
To end on positive, my last attempt in getting service representative for my online account was successful. I tried the online customer service email, received follow up next day, which was helpful.
