The Company provides adequate advance notice for pending applications followed by delivery on the date specified. The Technicians are always professional and have always done a great job. My lawn looks amazing thanks to TruGreen.
I like it when the people who are coming out and doing the lawn service talk to you. I know that you had stopped this during COVID. I do not know if you have reinstituted the policy that the service person will announce their presence to do your lawn as the time of application to discuss any issues or concerns you might have. I talked to the service person when he was last out here and it was very positive.

On November 22, Preston Carey performed the final Lawn Service for this year. Preston always does a very complete and thorough job. He is very courteous and easy to talk to and knowledgable.. I certainly hope he remains my Tru Green lawn technician.
