He did a very nice job in applying the first treatment. Amilcar took the time to make sure that all my questions were answered and is a very pleasant person. They do the work for me!

Good communication about when a service will be done. Your guarantee that if you are not satisfied Tru Green will come back and do another application. In four years I have only only needed to have that done one time. The problem was the weather not Tru Green.
After the application it rained very hard which washed the weed killer off the grass. They came back and reapplied.

I have a scale infection on my trees and shrubs. Although I was scheduled for a fertilization today, the service representative, Keith Kuyper, branch 5403, noticed the insect infection but did not bring any oil treatments on his truck. He made a few calls to other Trugreen drivers who had oil, but was unable to find any drivers in the immediate area. Keith then made the extra effort to call into Trugreen headquarters at Sterling, Virginia and scheduled an oil application. I was very impressed with Keith's desire to satisfy his customer's needs, he went above and beyond his normal service duties. Thank you Keith!
