One of the technicians, Jamal, lied on his service report about giving me fertilizer service when in fact he never walked ten feet from his truck. I met him at the end of the driveway to tell him that I didn't want fertilizer treatment this time and only needed weed control. However, I was charge for the service that he did not perform because he logged the service in as completed when he didn't do anything. When I called to reschedule for the weed killer, I was supposed to have gotten a refund for part of the service since it was only weed control and not fertilizer.
Trugreen technicians represent the company. If any of the technicians are lying about the service that they didn't perform, then that gives Trugreen a bad name.
However, the other two technicians that have come out to perform services on my yard have been very good. I would like to recognize James Thomas for outstanding service and another young man (that I cannot remember his name - maybe it was Khalil) who was very honest about not having weed killer on his truck. He deleted the fertilizer service that he was supposed to do so that I could reschedule weed killer service instead.

10/27/2022 Larry Whittaker completed two services for us regarding tree and shrub. Larry has been our attendant for the past year and does a great job and knows our trees and shrubs. This makes our work with him easy as he is customer focused and attentive to our trees and shrubs.
