The service is prompt and professional. I have had a few questions about the treatments. I thought that we were treating the lawn for crab grass but I still see some coming out in the lawn now that the temperature has started to elevate into the 90 plus zone.

I had TruGreen to service my line years ago., I was very pleased with the way my lawn look, all the neighbors and my neighborhood stop to talk about how well my yard look and took pictures. I got the service back because my yard look really bad all the weeds are taking over there was no grass my line is like walking on carpet it looks great and the neighbors are back taking pictures and saying how nice it looks I have recommended TruGreen two other people that I know my son-in-law now has TruGreen at his home and I'm very pleased thank you for your service. Your first mosquito service in June 2018 was very effective in eliminating the mosquito problem we had and my wife was grateful since she is sensitive to mosquito bites. Generally, your technicians are friendly and efficient in applying the various lawn and shrub treatments and being careful to close the gates after treatment so our dogs don't escape. Our lawn and shrubs look very healthy and our mosquitoes are dead! Keep up the good work.

Specialist Carl Davis visited us yesterday and applied treatment on our lawn. I had service from TruGreen last year but no one was like Mr. Davis. Last year, they also did good job and left useful notes but I did not go over carefully. This time, he explained what was the status on my lawn first and applied treatment and then gave more information after he inspected during treatment. He shared what is characteristics of my lawn and how to maintain based on its nature. He also showed me several places and explained more than he wrote down in notes. He has excellent knowledge and delivered it very well to help me to understand and give me idea how to manage my lawn. It was very hot day with heat advisory. However, he did not try to make it short. During all conversation, he is polite and professional and answered to all my questions kindly. I had very positive experience with him. Thank You.

Comparing prices, I think TruGreen's prices are very competitive or better than others. Also, the employees who come out to service are very responsible.
