Since I have a huge amount of leaves on the grass, they helped me to blow the leaves first and did the service. The tree and shrub service today (10/19/2022) was performed by Jasmine Chew. This was the first time that Jasmine had treated our trees and shrubs. I found Jasmine to be very personable and conscientious, as well as knowledgeable about treatments for trees and shrubs. I appreciate the detailed report of the comments and the fertilization treatment undertaken. I am confident that Jasmine's efforts will build on top of TruGreen's past treatments to contribute to the continued great condition our trees and shrubs are in.
Recently printer is often not working to get a report of the work done. that keeps guessing what was planned and what was done. Please fix and then schedule work.
Is it possible to send an advance notice of what is planned next and when. though no appointment is needed. this helps to follow what is going on next time and can tell of there is message etc.
I like the regularity of work done on the lawn. thanks.

You guys have been great, there is one problem, I aerated and seeded last year and this year i have many areas that have no grass where there used to be and some dead areas as well. Can you come out and do some aerating and seeding on those spots? First name removed

They were very personable and knowledgeable of lawn care and treatment procedures, especially as it relates to aeration and seeding. I hope TruGreen management assigns them to aerate and seed our lawn next year.
