My most recent service visit was on February 28, 2023. The technician, Brandon Hanson, Branch #5110 came in a very timely manner. He and I spoke before he began the treatment and he fully explained what he would be doing during that particular treatment. Brandon was very friendly and professional, and he provided very timely and efficient service.

What I LIKE about your service didn't happen this time:
I want to know in advance (via the app or email) that the technician is coming.
I ran some quick errands and unexpectedly found the "I was here" sign planted by the mailbox.
I was VERY unhappy.
I prefer to be home when they come because I have experienced "problems" in the past.

Corad did a great job this time. I'm glad he knocked on the door and we had a nice conversation about what he was doing today. He was professional and thoughtful in his responses. Very nice guy. Glad to have met him.

On February 22, 2023 I was out cleaning and racking leaves, when Domonique saw me he introduced himself by name and said "he works for TruGreen, and he is here to treat the lawn from weeds." I was truly thrilled by his great attitude, he was very friendly and super polite, this is what I call a scholar and a gentleman.
I told him that we have a lot of weed in both the front and back yards, I also mentioned that the yards of a lot of neighbors are still green and nice with no lawn service, while my yards are brown. He took some pictures and told me he will show them to management.
Hope to hear from management soon...

Where is the "Rate Your Specialist" survey? Our technicians have left orange slips in the door to fill out the survey and give them a "10" rating. I cannot find that on your website.
The instructions on the orange sheet do not seem to be accurate with what I see on your landing page. The instructions read: "How to access the survey: on the righthand side, there is a tab titled "Rate Your Specialist", click on "Take Survey" to begin.
If I click on the lefthand side, the very bottom box comes to this survey where I clicked a "10" and now I am here. I see no tab, or any redirection to "Take Survey" where I fill out the technicians rating. :(
Service is great, technicians are courteous. Our technician this week, Michael Jenkins, I would give a "10".
I like your service of returning to redo a service at no extra cost if the initial service was not effective.
We are impressed with the results we get from TruGreen applications and like the way our lawn looks.
We also like the ease of communication with the company, but also speaking with the people who come to work on the lawn, and we like the flexibility of planning contractual elements that are meant for our needs.
I have done business with TruGreen for many years and they are a very professional company. They arrive after I am notified and they are very careful to lock my gate and they are very polite to me. My lawn looks quite good!
