I am serviced from Branch 5110. Angela S delivers great service. She looked over our lawn and made good recommendations to keep our plants healthy.
There was a problem with a brown patch on the lawn. The next lawn service was given by Corad (Branch 5110). He correctly diagnosed that primarily that spot needed extra watering. The ensuing days of rain brought that patch back from dormancy and it is now green.
The 10 rating I am giving applies specifically to Conrad.
I appreciate your specialist Angela S. taking the extra time to speak with me about the tree and shrub service she performed. She knocked at the front door, but seeing me leaving from my garage, she approached my car to speak with me to ensure that she answered any potential concerns or issues I may have been experiencing with the lawn, tree, and shrub treatments. The individual customer attention and focus Angela demonstrates is highly commendable and should always be appropriately acknowledged and rewarded. I'm very happy with the TruGreen products and service: Angela takes it a step beyond that to make me a repeat customer.
Christoper did a good job yesterday (June 26) on our lawn. He answered my questions directly and left us a complete report as usual.

AFTER I CALLED ABOUT FINDING SCALE ON MY LAUREL BUSHES, TWO TRUGREEN PEOPLE CAME AND EXPLAINED THAT THEY HAD SPRAYED THE LAURELS ON THE LAST VISIT AND THAT WHAT I HAD SPOTTED WAS ONLY THE BODIES OF THE DEAD INSECTS LEFT FOLLOWING THE SPRAYING.
