Service was completed on the scheduled date. However I will no longer require service from TRUGREEN in 2023. I’ll call the local office in my area with the cancellation request.

I rarely see the servicemen performing the service, but I always see the results of them being there. My lawn has never been so green for such a long period of time.

All the communication before the treatment of my yard. Emails inform when there is another yard treatment, who to expect and a tracker to watch arrival. The technicians are informative of what is going to be done and they get the job done.

Professional service

Multiple types of applications that work at the proper time needed in a timely manner. Only one thing I would like to see changed: the making of advance notification of upcoming treatments, which currently is too short. Suggest calling a full week before applications.

They came on the day they said they would, first time that's happened. Usually, I rake the yard so they can aerate and seed and they don't show. This is the first year they showed on the scheduled day.

Which one of the last two treatments this year will include my aeration and overseeding? Thank you
