When the Technician arrives he let us know that he starting on our yard and when he finishes he also let us know and leave the ticket explaining what was done and what he recommends if any. I'm sorry that I do not have a name to refer to but he perform excellent service and he made sure that both our gates were secured. Thanks very much, Mr. Tech!
