Great Services...but last time my back yard was not done. No one called to tell me you were coming to treat my yard.

Very good customer service with measurable results! Billing not so much, had autopay set up multiple times and still recieved bills, next thing I knew I was late on payments.. which drove me to discontinue service. But I have used trugreen for many years.. will probably use them again in the future.

Received service to lawn on May 20th. As specialist was about to leave service invoice on my door, I intercepted by opening my door. I asked him why he didn't ring the bill to let me know he was servicing my lawn, and he said he knocked on the door. I did not hear the knock. He should have rung the bell.

The specialist (JEREMY LAMBERT) was very pleasant and polite young gentleman. He explained what he would be doing prior to starting the work. This was my 1st first using your services and it was great to have Jeremy Lambert to make me feel comfortable. He also when over the comments he was leaving me with.
