Joseph K-Branch 5731, provides excellent customer service! He greets me at the door and explains what services he will provide and asks if I have any concerns he needs to address. He is professional, thorough and takes care not to damage my flowers with his hose. He also has saved my Japanese cherry blossom tree from the damaging beetles! Joseph K did a great job today and gave me great information on applying the product on my bushes
The service technician, Charles, took the time to explain to me why my tree may be showing signs of disease. He recommended that I removed soil and mulch around the base of the tree to all the root ball to be able to have easier access to moisture. As he moved some of the soil from around the base we discovered a colony of ants living in the soil that abutted the tree. Seeing on how it was possible that the ants may have also been contributing to the problem, he recommended that I take action to elminate the ants from the area as well since they may be living in the tree itself. He helped dig the trench around the rest of the trunk of the tree and applied fertilizer to help the tree regain some strength in its root system. I am please with the service he provided and would recommend him to others who need tree and shrub service.
