You try to work with the customer to work out a schedule that does not conflict with watering and yard keeping services. The fact that contacting you is fast and convenient is a plus.

After trimming back a bush and finding lots of black scale and bugs on the limbs, I got a quick response when I called in the issue. The technician knew what to do and took care of the problem. He gave me a timeline on what I should see in the next 4 weeks. The good news is that I shouldn’t lose this bush.
