Today, the technician was very professional and informative. Thank you for not sending the previous tree & shrub tech as I requested. Our tech today was Mr Joshua Spivey.
At the end of his service he handed me the invoice and stated that we are being charged for a "medium" Tree & Shrub service but that we should be charged for a small one because despite the size of our premises we do not have that many trees and shrubs to service.
Please. make the necessary adjustments and credit my account with all overcharges including todays by deducting from other future services. Please indicate what and how it was done by sending me an email to the effect. Thank you.

My TruGreen shrub and bush specialist, Mr. William Hamilton, met with me for a few minutes to give the details of what he was doing today. I also pointed out to him that there were no longer any dead leaves on my euonymus' in my backyard where he sprayed them last time.

The communication is great only concern is patches in my yard from the city doing sewer work some suggestions to get this rectified and grass growing again would have been helpful and would continue to be helpful I am trying my own seed at the moment. It is in the front yard and quite an eyesore.
