We had been advised that someone would come to our home for the first treatment on April 26, and Ulises Miranda arrived at 9:45 a.m. that day. We were at home, and he rang the bell and introduced himself. My husband showed him around our yard, he spoke with my husband briefly about the condition of our lawn, and then Mr. Miranda went to work applying products that he thought would help improve our lawn. According to the ticket he left, he departed from our home at 10:09 a.m. He had told my husband not expect the weeds to die immediately, but that in approximately two weeks we should see them beginning to yellow and wilt. Mr. Miranda also made a recommendation about our watering schedule, which we appreciated and will follow. Mr. Miranda was business-like and efficient, and we were very happy with his service.

Cody has informed me that all of my prior services from true green have not been working AT ALL, so he assured me he could turn my weed infested yard into a nice yard. He was very nice even when I was telling him how much I hate trugreen for lying to me this entire time, hopefully he can turn this yard around.
The tech was great! Ulises Miranda was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he would be doing and how it would benefit my lawn. He also explained that my new sod would settle and even out which I was worried about. This is my first year of Tru-Chem. A very good customer experience so far. Keep it up!

I have both Lawn and Tree service and usually satisfied, but they could do better on shrubs.

Our services provided on 4/21 by Specialist Gaurav (Gary) Kashyap were exceptional. Gary was knowledgeable as to services required, explained what could be expected and how to maximize the results of current and future services. I was a very dissatisfied customer when Gary arrived at my residence; dissatisfaction the result of utilizing TruGreen services in Fall 2016 for aeration, soil amendment and TruHealth Lawn feedings, and prepaying the 2017 services in January and receiving one service in January and not hearing from a TruGreen representative for 90 days until I called your service line. I will say your inside sales representative was apologetic of my circumstance and concerns when I called and your specialist - Gary arrived during the week as was promised by your inside sales rep. Sorry I cannot quote her name as she deserves recognition for her actions.. I would like to have Gary as my TruGreen Services Specialist for future services and will continue to communicate my services evaluations. I am expecting significant results from Gary's expertise in these services as today I have the worst looking yard on the block and I do not believe that America's #1 Lawn Care Co noted for serving the PGA wants their name on anything but yards maintained in an exemplary manner. hello, had a great service today, but i was unable to unlock the side gate in time so i believe that the technician was unable to complete the back yard treatment. i would like to schedule a time this week he can return and complete the back yard too.

I like the fact that Tru green attempts to solve issues that might come about with the services rendered. I had a problem with getting the service person to come to my home in the afternoon when I am home because I work in the mornings as well as my wife, and I wanted to be at home when the service person arrived but when I got home I saw that he had already been there and serviced the yard, I was upset because I was told by an employee at tru green on two separate occasions that the service person would be there in the afternoon, I couldn't get the questions answered that I wanted and I didn't get to see just how he was covering the yard. I received a call from Jay Williams and he explained everything to me and now I can understand why they have been coming in the mornings and he answered the questions that I had. Now I am just waiting for my yard to get green again and live up to the Tru Green promise. Thanks Jay for the information that you gave me and if I have an issue again I will try to call you personally. Thanks again Tru Greem.
