Michael was very efficient and took the time to explain exactly what service he was performing. In additon, he left Tru Green material that was very informative which no technician had previously done. Material that andwered my questions as far as applications and chemicals. Tru Green is fortunate to have Michael represent your company.

Notification by text messages when scheduled applications will be performed and able to track the technician that will be performing application. The technicians name is also given in text so you know who to expect. Aside from that my lawn is beautiful and no issues since TruGeen has taken over my Lawn/trees and shrubs/ mosquito defense
