Our yard always looks so good after a service is performed. Grass needs to be fertilized 4 times a year to stay healthy and lush.

Tech was very friendly and answered all my questions confidently. That put my mind at ease. He announced his arrival and made sure I was satisfied with the way he answered my questions and explained what I needed to correctly do in order to recover my lawn back up to standards. The last company I used for a couple of years I never saw their tech once and could not get a call back on any of my questions or concerns. This was ya'll's first visit so I will wait and see how it goes for the rest of the contract.

Notification before coming out. When job is completed, I am sent a notification.
I get notified a couple of days before the service is to be performed and the service person is available to answer any questions I might have. The day of service I get messages about the arrival of the service person and the job is done well.

I was very upset at the time window not being met, however Anthony B. was my service tech and he was worth waiting for. He understood that I had questions and he gave me excellent service. He was patient and very informative.
I now feel very confident with this service and look forward to watching the lawn progress to it's former beauty. This year has just not been as successful as last year and he even addressed that.
