After making several phone calls to Austin area TruGreen branches, I (and my neighbors) were told that they would not service Smithville. I decided to go online and circumvent the local branch systems. I'm glad I did. Thank you so much for making the drive out here!

Aeration crew was excellent however I would prefer to receive a call 24 hrs prior to any service. As in the case of the aeration, this allows for me to notify the crew of sprinkler head and buried cable locations.

The notification service before treatment is appreciated. The staff performing the service are both knowledgeable and professional. If there are problems after treatment such as weeds, etc did not die, return service is prompt and efficient. The biggest plus is that we have one of the nicest looking yards in the neighborhood!

Chemicals work on lawn

He was very thorough and answered all my questions and concerns. Clint made a good first impression on me. We spoke about the health of my lawn and how to properly maintain it. We walked the entire lawn front and back and spoke about the various hot spots that the lawn has. He provided me with useful advise on my lawn and how to take good care of it. Im confident that Clint will provide great service to my lawn. I would like to mention that it would be nice to keep the same specialist when servicing my lawn. That way we are on the same sheet of music at all times. I like to speak personally with my specialist when he comes to service the lawn. Dont like folks to just show up and do the work and not touch basis with me. Im retired so Im available almost all the time.
