I like it that I don't have to call & schedule a visit & I like that you notify before you come. I've had some great technicians, ( one poor one in all our years together) but he's gone now & we're happy with our present technician. I like that I can pay for a whole summer's worth of visits & I LOVE the discount I get by paying in December. Being on a fixed income is difficult, so I appreciate every break in charges that I get.
We like having the same delivery person all the time. We have not had a problem with anything and have been a customer for over 25 years. The office staff are nice and easy to work with.
Tarah VanHorn did a good job but I have a concern because it rained about a hour after the treatment. (not her fought) It is still raining so not sure if it did any good? Please advise!

GOOD SERVICE..WILLING TO WORK WITH THE CUSTOMER.
Last week I called the office and complained that no one had been out to service my lawn since April 30, 2021. I have neighbors on all sides of me that have an abundant amount of weeds, wild violet, etc in their yards that go untreated. I don't need for their weeds to find their way into my yard.
I had looked at my account earlier and it showed that I was to be serviced the week, of June 21. When no one showed up I looked again and I had been rescheduled for the week of June 28. And then I looked again a few days later, and I was rescheduled again for the week of July 5.
The CC Rep I talked to, tried to explain to me that the computer schedules the services and must have automatically rescheduled me. Rescheduled me three times? Why was I picked out of the hundreds if not the thousand of customers that you have in the area? Makes no sense to me. In looking back at previous years (other than last year), you've always been out in the months of April, May, and June when the weeds are active.
The CC Rep was able to schedule a service for today June 29.
Today I had Tara VanHorn service my lawn. I've had Tara service my lawn in the past and she does an excellent job at servicing my lawn. She is thorough, and pays attention to the lawn, and not just apply the product. She also has a great personality, and professionalism about herself.
If possible I would like to request that Tara VanHorn be the person to service my lawn in the future.

Our lawn is beautiful. It really helps not having to worry about what should be done next to keep it that way. A bonus is the reasonable price.

FAST, EFFECTIVE, AND REASONABLY PRICED.
So far, I enjoy the service they are providing. However, I did leave a message two weeks ago about weed problems and have not heard back yet. The last guy that came out for weed control told us to call and have them return if we still see a lot of weeds.
Have not heard and seen anyone about this yet.
