I especially like the fact that I get a phone call the day before they are coming as a reminder. However, the statements they make on the invoice at the time of application seem to be generic and not necessarily specific for my lawn.

The price and I had a terrible weed problem I tried to control on my lawn by a fertilizer/weed killer spred. Tru Green took over a fed years ago and my lawn looks great. It is now a necessity!!!

That they notify me and give me adequate time to plan on their coming and when they come, they notify me they are here. They do a careful job of covering my acre lot too.

This is our first year with Tru Green. We were with Scott's before and was extremely pleased with the way they treated our lawn. Tru Green has treated our lawn for the first treatment this year, and it looks very good. We were here when the gentleman came to do the treatment. He was friendly and explained well what he would be applying to the lawn.

You always call before coming out.

The treatments are spaced-out over a time interval and done rain or shine. If I was doing it I do not think I would be as consistent. Coverage seems to be pretty good. The weed control is not very good. The tech just seems to treat /spray the weeds if he spots them as he is fertilizing, I guess that is about all you can do. When I spot a dandelion I dig it up, so I'm doing the same thing. Overall I'm happy with the service and price.

The personal interaction with the lawn care specialist. I was able to state my concerns and needs to the specialist.The knowing who the individual is that is responsible for the treament and care of my lawn. The continuous and importance of keeping the same lawncare specialist the entire season. ( last year it changed mid season.) without any warning or statement from the company. I was not pleased with the service as much.

service and technical staff very good. only one thing not satisfactory is that i pay in full at beginning of season, but late notices keep arriving in the mail. i do not want a service interruption mishap and do not want the aggravation of seeing continual invoices that are really a waste of cost & effort.
