I'm not sure if your service improve or the weather was better. Anyway, the lawn looked healthier than in the past.
However, your phone system is another matter. I got multiple calls telling the service is schedule followed by a second call telling me it was cancel. In one, case the driver was sitting in the truck in front of the house and handled the scheduled service.
