The people who come out are professional and do a fine job I like it best if I am home because I can see what they are doing.. I have found a bit heavy in some areas where the grass turns yellow for a bout three weeks, But then it recovers...

He always makies sure if any toys are left out by accident they are picked up as well as emptying water bowls for them and birds as well as turning them over to avoid any possible contamination. His commitment to making sure everything is safe while completing his application in a thorough and quick manner is greatly appreciated.
The treatments are always on schedule. Customer service is very good.
I receive calls advising of next service date. Technician is here on the scheduled day, is friendly and answers my questions. Notes on bill let me know what I should do (more water, cut higher, etc.) to keep my grass looking good. Thanks!

I know I can depend on you to apply to my grass exactly what is needed, when it is needed. Also, if I have a question about my grass, the service rep. who comes always seems knowledgeable about what's going on with it. He's even willing to come back if I miss him when he comes, to discuss the problem(s). That's very important to me.
I also like the info he leaves on my door about what he did, what I need to do, and what I can expect from the treatment he just did. I need that kind of honesty, so I know what my responsibility is to help make things happen.
