My yards is looking better this year than it has in years. Even though I will have to work along my own fence line to remove the weeds that they just seem not to get, the overall yard looks so much better.
I always get a report of what treatment was completed.
I'm not required to be home when the services are performed.
Great people, good product, but your auto call needs work. I got an auto call last Wednesday saying you'd come Thursday but no one showed until Monday.
I especially like my tree and shurb spraying. I like that you call and tell me when the spraying will be done

Things seem to be going very good.
I have TruGreen service in two places. My lawn at 6725 Osbourne in Caseville, Mi. looks wonderful. My lawn at 14109 Lakeshore Dr., Sterling Heights, Mi. does not look so good. I have brown spots through out the lawn and over the weekend I pulled many weeds from the back yard grass. I also have a "critter" eating its way along the side of my house. As far as I know I had a grub treatment this summer? I did have a "critter," last year, eating underground in the front yard. A second grub treatment was needed, grass was replaced. I actually phoned your office last Sunday regarding my lawn but your offices were closed. I must say many of my neighbors lawns look bad as well so it could be an issue that is affecting many lawns this summer? Name removed Email address removed
