The first couple years I used the service I had communications issues with the local office. However, we worked it out and the last 2 years the service is excellent!!! I would highly recommend them. The techs are willing to meet with me when they arrive and discuss my lawns needs, and address my specific concerns. I've already prepared to sign up for their service next year.

I have used TruGreen for several years, and I have had good service throughout. On occasion some technicians have only done the front yard, missing the back yard. However this problem seems to be solved, with technicians doing both front and back yard, and putting a stake in both front and back to confirm they have done the whole job. I appreciate this attention to detail and expect that it will continue. I also have had very pleasant people helping me at customer service.

My yard is next to a pretty dense woods. The tech hits the perimeter of my yard a little extra and it really helps. I can enjoy my yard and my deck without getting bit. I glad I went with them

So far I have seen an improvement to my yard, Creeping Charlie is still there but going away, grass is thick and lush. No mosquito's so far.
