When a service that I was told was going to be done (granules applied to kill a type of weed) was not done and I called about it there was an appointment made to have the granules applied.
The technician always comes to the door and explains what will be done before hand so we know what's being done. They also answer and questions that we might have.
If I have any other questions I know I can call the TruGreen customer service center and the wonderful staff that is always friendly and knowledgeable will help me.
Scott was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He explained what he did and how to help the trees and shrubs.
