We had your service actually back around 1990 in Shelby Twp. for some years and we barely had a lawn when we moved in there. After your service, we had a beautiful lawn which I could have never believed would have happened but then we moved far up north but never forgot your company. So when I moved back down here I only called your company and told the agent to start my service at this home. I was so impressed back then I didn't even want to try another company.

If anyone is considering hiring a company I would tell you as I have done with people I know you won't go wrong with this company. They have been in business for so many years because they do do a good job.

On my first app, I meet your lawn agent James Bishop and was very impressed. He did an excellent job with the application. And afterward, I had some concerns and questions and he was so knowledgeable and knew the answer to everything I brought up I was amazed that anyone could have known all the answers I had so much I think I kept him for about a half hour with everything I asked and he never tried to rush the answer or acted like he wanted to just get out of here. He really cares about his career and his customers and that is something you don't see nowadays. That was a few years ago and afterward, I had a few new men come out that was ok but never did an ok job but nothing like James had done before, or if I asked them something they seemed like they just wanted to move on to the next job. Then I had to call your company about a problem I had and as we were talking about service agents and how some do the job (not the greatest) I told her about the best service agent I had had and she said you can request to have him do your service all the time. She was helpful and even found his name for me and put him on for my service so I wouldn't have any problems in the future. I just want your company to recognize him for being a big asset to your company and I'm sure a raise would be appreciated to lol. But being a past business owner I know what is to find a good employee that goes above and beyond and since I have had him doing my lawn he has always done that so I feel it should I should bring that to your attention.

Your tech's are efficient and are always patient when asked for information about a problem with the grass or tree and shrubs they are spraying. I've never had a tech that I was unhappy with .

I like your service because I did not see the young man do the backyard. I called customer service and they were very polite. Took my word for it and sent someone out the next day to re-spray the backyard.

We are happy with our lawn. I know the fertilizing is keeping the weeds down.

Price & Quality

I think your lawn care products are very good. The one thing I don’t like is your scheduling system on your app. It stats out giving me a week for our next application then it changes after a couple of days to “not scheduled yet”. After a few days another week pops up that is later ran the first scheduled week. Ten it goes back to “not scheduled yet” it goes on and on like that until we finally get the next application.

Dear Trugreen: you have consistently addressed my landscape, especially my lawn issues currently and historically, in a positive favorable manner. My lawn after the significant adverse harsh winter, had a bad appearance resembling the surface of earth's moon, having numerous patches, craters, and pock marks. In addition the grass was not "greener" on our side but more like a canary yellow, with weeds infiltrating at any opportunity. One call/email to Carl Ingram, Macomb County's Truegreen's warrior and champion, saved the day (and night)! The technician dispatched to our disastrous residence took a serious interest in our weather torn lawn and applied a magical chemical concoction which had marvelous results. The lawn's current appearance is markedly improved which has also been supplemented by natures addition of more rain water. Grubs and fungus seem to have been paramount in our poor lawn's look, which were effectively addressed by the technician's magic potion. We, your decades long loyal, customers extend to you our greatest appreciation, and respect. Kudos to the Ingram Trugreen clan. Keep up the good work. Trugreen a true value.
