Thank you for sending your truck out to do what never was done by a different specialist on 5/11/2023. Ron Alexander (truck # 120035) was exceptionally understanding of what I felt was my agreement with Tru Green on area to be treated and was a pleasure to talk with on the problems that have existed since going with Tru Green in 2022. Thank you for hopefully resolving the problem that has existed for some time. I did give him a picture of area that I had contracted to have treated, and his sq footage treated on the service summary that he left after doing the application shows to be the Sq Footage that my paperwork shows I contracted to have treated. I am in hopes that he left the picture that I gave to him with his office so that future specialists can view the areas to be treated.
My many thanks to Mr. Alexander for being so easy to talk with and for his treatment of my condo lawn areas. Hope I have the privilege of having him treat my lawn area in the future.
My tech- very respectfull, courtious, professional. I have never had an issue with Regena Ford. She does a great job eveytime she is here. She always rings the bell to let me know when she is ready to treat the backyard, and always lets me know when she has finished.
