Knowing what treatment was applied and instructions on what to do as the homeowner post-application is very helpful. Also the technician made recommendations based on the condition of my yard. The grass is much thicker and greener than in past years. Weeds are still an issue, particularly crabgrass and violets which I am told are very invasive and could take some time to eliminate.
What I like is when you call to make a payment the person you are talking to very nice and knowledgeable. The people that service my grass are quiet don’t make a fuss. And my grass looks beautiful. Can’t ask for anything better I thank you for helping me I appreciate it

I continually request that the team member who is at our location to stop in and let the receptionist know that they are on our premises and indicate what services are being done.
This request is not followed through with the TruGreen team member.
If the receptionist, is not available, please leave a message on the front door of the services that were provided and the date of service.
I do not understand why this is a difficult request.

I know I need aeration and overseading, but have no idea of the cost for such a service. I have joined mid season due to bad service from another company, and have 3 more treatments this year.
Could you tell me when overseading and aeration is done and what is the cost?

Just okay, weeds still show up
It has been a rough ride for the past 3 yrs. Weed service was terrible due to ineffectiveness of the spray / week products being used. Inspite of my complaints no action was taken.
But this yr is different. It seems like True Green went back to using its original products and it is reflected in my lawn. Looking very nice and green w/o weeds. Thank you for making the change.
