Ryan Livermore is the best Specialist your company has ever had. I have been a customer for 30+ years. If a new Specialist is assigned to our property, I am not happy. Ryan is and has been the only one who covers the entire property, therefore no service calls are necessary, which, in the long run should save the company money.
Be grateful you have such a caring and responsible employee at your service. There are not many out there, which I'm sure you know.

I love their communication. They call the day before and leave info in my yard and on door on the day of service. I had questions and requested someone come to see me. My technician was very professional and explained what to expect.

It is really too early for an evaluation, I believe. However, my score is based upon the fact that the first application was done on a timely basis. Hopefully, my grass will be healthy and look good this season.
