Our Lawn Specialist Ryan Livermore is amazing. If he ever leaves, I would have to cancel my program with True Green!!
We have been with you for 35 years now and had a great applicator in the beginning way back in the 1980's. He left and we continued to have problems with our applications, until Ryan, our Hero, saved the day!!
He is polite, charming, attentive, and just knows how to solve the problems. Oh, and did I mention how much pride he takes in doing a great job? His eyes never leave my lawn and he takes his time to make sure I will be happy with the results.
Customer Service is exceptional, too. When I need to call, someone always satisfies me.
Orlandis is a GREAT manager whenever I do have a problem, which hasn't been since Ryan came along.

This year True Green treated our weeds early and often. That made a huge difference this year. The same about the mosquitoe spray treatment. Best summer in years!

Generallly get good results with lawn treatments. The greatest difficulty is establishing the areas that the customer wants treated. At my previous residence the technician was also treating a large area that was public property and not mine. At current new address I am not sure that the technician knew the extent of areas I wanted treated. Our terrain is hilly and I think a fairly large area was missed. Unfortunately I could not be there when he arrived for first service. I hope to be able to catch up with him for next visit so the correct areas are treated.

They come pretty dependably and call the day before to give advance notice. I like that very much. I like paying the whole charge once per year with a small bonus for doing that. The grass seems to be doing well and I am satisfied. They leave a note saying what they did and I like that.
