Haven't had any issues. I spoke with Antoinette recently to discuss our checks not getting there and she was very helpful and was able to resolve it. She was great to work with.
Reliable and effective service. Antoinette has done a nice job servicing our account. The billing was a little mixed up this year (slow to get the annual bill last winter and then we got partially billed for service for the first application this year after having already prepaid) but other than that things have went very well for many years with our account.
We've used TruGreen for over 12 years and are extremely pleased. Our commercial rep, Mike Kosloski, is the best rep we could ask for. Never once has he ignored a call or email and has always gone out of his way to take care of us and, in the rare instance when there was a problem, Mike has handled it in a professional and very quick manner.
Let's not forget the support staff, who has also gone out of their way on several occasions to take care of us. Jennifer Parker in particular has been phenomenal to work with. Thanks TruGreen!
