I do not understand why this is a difficult request.

When the crew was here to plug and overseed, they ran over a n irrigation head.
Before they began I worked with them to turn on the irrigation zones and mark them. They most have missed one in the front yard.
Our mowers came through and informed me that it was broken.

I like that I no longer have to worry about buying turf builders, weed n feeds, insecticides and pre emergents. I like not having to deal with applying those products and how to store and use the leftover material. And I like having the ability to make a call if I have a question or need to make an adjustment. Regular, consistent, and friendly care and treatment. When I’ve asked a tech about an issue, even if it’s a specialty area (ie. shrubs, trees) not related to his area of expertise, it’s taken care of over the next few days.
I like Tru green services, but my lawn is in bad shape. I had an excavator here last fall to dredge the lake in front of house. They seeded and put straw down last fall. It never took and i have big areas of heavy weeds. With that i am having my house resided. So Tru green came by and started to see the workers so he was going to leave and not treat my lawn. I stopped him and asked if he could at least do the bad areas. He did it. If I hadnt stopped him, he would have left. First time ever for my lawn to look so bad. Hopefully Tru Green can make it better.
