My properties vary and my satisfaction at each could vary slightly but overall here are my thoughts.
TruGreen consistently performs at or above my expectations. As an owner of many properties, I don't have the time to manage all of my lawns for weed control and fertilizing.
I have found that over the years TruGreen services pay for themselves in reduced time for me to manage my lawns.
I get more compliments on my lawn's thickness and health than I can count.
With only a few isolated weed exceptions my lawns are weed free and always healthy and green.
Not only that, the worm and night crawler health has never been better. Each time it rains, I am amazed at the worm and crawler population. This tells me that not only my grass looks good, but that my sod and soil remain health and that the worms and crawlers are providing natural aeration.
I truly am appreciative and satisfied with the service provided!!

The convenience of having someone with yard maintenance knowledge taking care of your yard without having to buy and store chemicals is wonderful I get text notifications of when they are coming, who my technician is and receive a PDF of the event in my mailbox afterwards.
I like the notification prior to the service and the ability to change the appointment. Excellent service.

The lawn service personnel are thorough and if I have questions they either answer them or refer us to someone who can help.

Your team members are always accommodating and extremely polite. They do their job efficiently and quickly; they leave the receipt and a warning note on the lawn and then they're off to their next customer.
If I have a problem, I can call and have you come out again.

The last time y'all came, I had a lot of leaves on my yard and the TruGreen person asked if I wanted to postpone the spraying until after I had picked up the leaves. I hadn't even thought of that and I appreciated being told I should do that and that it was an option.
Its much easier to have True Green . I don't have do decide when to apply weed & crabgrass control. Or figure out how much fertilizer or what kinds to apply. On the negative side I still have a Crabgrass problem that I just can't get rid of after the years True Green has been applying preventer. This needs to have a more vigoress treatment plan.
