I have been a customer of Trugreen since 2000. Every year my yard lives up to its' reputation as one of the nicest, fullest, greenest, weed-free lawns on the block. Your specialists show up when they say they will, they answer my questions, they take time to address weed or other issues that I may have.

I was considering changing service providers due to a lower cost option this year, but I met our specialist (Austin Slachter) today. Austin was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He informed me that he would be the regular specialist performing all services for my lawn this year and I am very happy to hear that and I believe that he is worth the additional cost. They do great job on lawn when they come. But every year they don’t show up when supposed to and we wait and they never come. Sometimes as many as 4 different days before they actually come… have quit 2 times…
This year so far came one time the day supposed to!!!!! But suppose to call day before to let us know. They didn’t… just showed up
