The technician put the empty fertilizer bags in our trash bin. This is the first time that they have done this. Please ask the technician not to put their trash in our bin. Otherwise the technicians do a great job.

Sometimes, new techs need to be reminded about property boundaries - that should be spelled out in their instructions to prevent the homeowner from having to be at home to ensure full coverage.
