The tech (Randy) was thorough. He also text me once he arrived. I thought he did an excellent job.
The tech I had prior (Steven) was rude. I walked out as he was getting ready to leave and gave him a smiling Hello and he turned away from me towards his car (he was filling something out on the passenger’s seat). I asked him, “what areas did you treat?”. He looked at me and in a defensive mean tone he said “I treated the whole yard”. Then turned away again. I was curious about the flower beds and I didn’t see him in the yard but gave up further inquiry. I kept standing there quiet because my second question was ‘when can I let my pets out’. He then finally said (facing away from me) , “Do you have another question or something”? Feeling dismissed I just said, “Yes, I did, but I guess it doesn’t matter” and I walked back to my house. Talking to someone facing away from me felt dismissive and I don’t know why he was angry. I received a text saying tru green was at my house and the tech welcomes questions AFTER he left. Ugh. Later I looked at my Ring cameras, which face two different sides of the house and did not see him at all. Hmmm.
The tech that came to re-do the treatment showed up on my Ring cameras. I was home to see him working and felt confident he did an excellent job.
My lawn looks great. When I get my normal technician, Jason, he explains everything very well and truly seems concerned about getting rid of any weeds that I have.
