Michael Barners (?) actually knocked on the door and gave me personalized lawn info and advice, which I so appreciated because I LOVE learning from experts in all areas. He made me feel like I had a dad who was really into lawn science and wanted to educate and empower me because he’s a good dad.

The Trugreen rep (Donald) treating our trees & shrubs takes time to describe issues he observes. He also listens carefully to the needs we communicate. I also noted he does not rush when applying the solution and makes sure he covers each tree/bush.
