Our technician Julius M was the best. I greeted him upon his arrival and showed him the neighbor's marked sprinkler heads on the property line so we would not have any damage complaints. Also, I showed him a recently discovered hornet's nest overhead that would be trouble if he bumped it. Good thing---Julius is very tall.
I was very pleased with the lawn aeration and the over-seeding. 100% coverage and he made sure to secure the gates so the dogs would not get out.
