I have been a customer for over 10 years. I have also liked my specialist. They have been very pleasant to work with. I been very happy with my service with trugreen.
My current Specialist is Zachary Thomas, he does a nice job.

When someone is here to service the lawn from TruGreen when I am home they usually explain the reason for their service etc. They are always very nice and polite. I’m very pleased with TruGreen’s service.

I had a question today concerning my mosquito defense service and Neal Lamark (Specialist #92922) explained the product and coverage area. Neal was kind enough to hit an area I reference having mosquitos after the first service application. Neal and his trainee were very respectful, customer focused and knowledgeable. Please give proper recognition to these guys as it is those interactions that keep customers happy and loyal.
