Today Joseph Rupert came to address some issues with weeds coming through since our lawn was serviced last week. Today's service was provided at no charge, which we really appreciate. I went outside to just offer my thanks for him coming out today. Joseph provided great customer service today. I saw from the window that he really took his time caring for our lawn. He also left us with a very detailed summary of what he did today as well as suggestions for us to follow. I was not aware that we were mowing our lawn a little too short. Thanks again!!!!
