Most of the time the rep will ring the door bell to let me know they are onsite. I wish that they will continue this practice in the event I have questions or concerns.
I like how TruGreen provides service in a timely manner, and they give feedback on what services were performed that day. Also, they point out problem areas and what action I can take to correct them. They do give compliments when appropriate, too.

I want to praise Tim Pizza, the specialist who treated my shrubs and trees today. He did a very thorough job, not just quickly running the hose/sprayer over them as past sprayers have. I have been considering canceling this treatment, but after seeing his service, I have decided to keep this application. (and hope to have Tim always be the specialist).
