I was a little concerned with hiring trugreen for my lawn care, best on feed back I got from social media. After speaking with customer service about my concerns I agreed to give them a chance. My lawn technician is the best. I love how my lawn looks and all my neighbors love the look too. Joseph does a great job and covers the whole area. He comes when I'm at work still do great with no one home.

I filled out a survey that I received regarding my TruGreen service. I gave a 6 rating. Today I received a call from a TruGreen representative. She asked me a few questions and immediately solved my problem which was weeds. She is having someone come out during the next week to retreat. She also told me that if the weeds keep reoccurring all I have to do is call and someone will come out and keep treating until they are gone.
The young lady was very courteous and concerned about my problem.

Lawn looks pretty good but parkway has a lot of crabgrass I am sure you did not treat. Looks poorly.
