J Amparo D performed the pest control service yesterday. Second time that he's been at my home. He made me aware of his presence, by ringing the doorbell, and what service that he was to apply. Second time that I've seen him. Very polite and professional, wears his PPE and just goes to work. I asked him to pay particular attention to my stairs in the back (ants) and he did that.

The staff at TruGreen online staff (call center is not as helpful) worked swiftly today to help make right an error in scheduling as I wanted to meet and talk with a specialist today.
When the specialist arrived, Mark C. explained to me that the hose he was using today was actually two hoses that included both the grub control and regular lawn service. When I called the call center on June 9-10 they told me it was two separate applications. That description by the call center is one of the reasons for my previous dissatisfaction.
I also appreciated that Mark positioned the truck at the curb at the end of my driveway allowing him to pull the hose to the backyard with enough slack for the back application. The previous specialist wrestled with the hose, pulling against stucco, knocking into flowers, moving patio furniture and even knocking off gutter extensions. It may seem like a little thing but it matters.
