You stick to the schedule, provide a detailed summary, and the results are a green lawn with very few weeds. I'm typically not home when the product is applied, so I can't comment on the folks you have in the field, but I have no complaints.
I like the way my lawn looks all year long. However, you need to set up a contract and not just carry on from one year to the other. I currently have no agreement in place and yet the year has gone by and without and agreement I feel you've over stepped your bonds.
