I have been using the service for 4 years now without any issues. I receive an automated call prior to the techs visit informing me service will be completed. That is a nice touch as I pay for my services on an annual basis and lose track. My lawn is thick and weed free with the exception of the occasional one that pops up. Overall I have been very satisfied with our service and plan to continue provided there aren’t any drastic price increases for the upcoming year.
