Customer Service Representative, Kevin (52965) was very understanding and listen to my complaint . The Complaint was that I was charged for a service to my lawn that was not done. There were no sign of service rendered, nor did the Specialist(Eric McGee JR.) leave a notice.

I have been with you since 1980. My lawn looks great but if I have a problem someone comes and advises me. My new specialist is Jerriel Patterson. He ran my doorbell and I met him outside. they are timely, weeds were taking over my lawn. Tru green gave it several treatments, they were gone.
I love the fact that a True Green representative calls & follows up about any additional services that may be needed. My grass is looking a whole lot better since True Green applications and the fact that my neighbors also have the services makes me feel good.

The grass looks great. Since the start of your service the grass looks healthier and thicker. I like to mention that the service rep. (Terrell Washington) was very courteous and in doing his job.

Each encounter is extremely pleasant and I am always confident they will provide the best thorough treatment 100% of the time. They take time to listen to concerns and answer questions. No job is hurried or incomplete and they're always extremely mannerable. Years we had Hutch whom we loved...he serviced my mom b4 I took over at my property...i was saddened to kearn of his retirement. However..Mr. William Ray proved..in one encounter...just as professional and highly qualified. I want to commend you...for the gentlemen you hire to service...it speaks volumes aboy the company's integrity..and is what has kept us as your loyal customers for 25+ years. I recommended my neighbors at 1227 west 109th street to acquire your services...which they PROMPTLY did.
I have a concern as a health care provider...i would like to see goghles, face masks..gloves and possibly groin cups to protect your service people. As a cancer researcher ALWAYS take health matters as my utmoat concern. I would like to know...whether the company provides these protective necessities for the employees...as i find it essential...as a precaution. I know ...tru green states to be low risk in ingredients used...however..i am concerned qbout the aerosols in contact with mucus kembranes..eyes lungs and groin, etc...as the exposure is constant..and can confer a concerning risk because of that alone.
If possible....i would love to know how this is addressed by your company and if measures are taken to provide the employess with protective gear as part of and as essential as their uniform. Thank you....
I also have a new puppy...and am concerned about the risk...for health impairments.
