Last rep patiently explained what the weed was that was growing in my yard. Treatment used appears to be killing the weed. Prior to last rep this weed (which looks like grass) was overtaking the yard; however it seems the weeds were not treated prior to last rep

My lawn was scheduled for service in June , for some reason the person was unable to do it, I received a call the following day telling me he hadn't been able to service my lawn and would get it his next scheduled tine for my lawn. July 10, I called to see when my lawn was going to be serviced and complain about the fact I had so much crab grass in my lawn. I was told someone would be there Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday of the next week, nobody showed up, I called again on the 20th, Reva that talked to me apologized and told me someone would be there on Thursday the 23rd. The young man that came out was very apologetic and concerned about the condition of my lawn, he put put down some granules and a liquid spray, he said he would be back in 2 weeks. The crab grass shows signs of dying now. I certainly hope he is the person to service my lawn the rest of the year, he showed he cares about the looks of my lawn. I was very disappointed in my lawn this year, Except for last year because I couldn't afford the service I have had Tru Green for several years. The gentleman that serviced my lawn on the 23rd didn't leave me a slip when he finished so I don't have his name, but as I said before he seemed to care about the looks of my lawn.
Always on time and lawn weeds are under control and grass is growing beautifully. Very perfessional and I get alerts before during and after lawn services and my receipt is left on my door when done
